What We Do
We offer a range of clinical and cosmetic tattooing treatments, including:
- Brow Tattooing — enhancing shape, colour, and fullness of the brows
- Eyeliner Tattooing — defining the eye area with long-lasting pigment
- Lip Blush Tattooing — adding colour, shape, and symmetry to the lips
- Areola Restoration — restoring the natural appearance of the areola following surgery
- Scar Camouflage — reducing the visibility of scars using skin-tone matched pigment
- Paramedical Tattooing — specialist tattooing to restore skin appearance following medical procedures or trauma
- Corrections & Refreshes — correcting, reshaping, or refreshing previous tattoo work
- Laser Hair Removal — long-lasting hair reduction using professional-grade laser technology
- Clinical Tattooing — precision tattooing carried out in a safe, sterile clinical environment
All tattooing treatments use a specialist machine to place pigment into the dermis layer of the skin. Results are permanent, though pigment will naturally fade over time.
Your Consultation
Before any treatment takes place, you will have a consultation with your practitioner. During this appointment we will discuss your goals and expectations, help select a pigment that suits your skin tone, carry out a medical suitability check, and where appropriate, sketch a mock design for your approval. You are responsible for agreeing the colour, shape, and placement of your treatment before we proceed.
Patch Testing
For all tattooing and pigment-based treatments, a patch test is strongly recommended at least 48 hours before your appointment. This involves applying a small amount of pigment to your skin to check for any reaction. A clear patch test is a good sign, but it cannot rule out all allergic reactions.
Pain & Comfort
Some treatments can cause discomfort. A topical anaesthetic cream can be applied before your procedure to help minimise this. Treatment times vary depending on the area being treated and individual factors.
We maintain the highest standards of hygiene. Sterile, single-use needles and pigment containers are used for every client and every appointment.
Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on a number of individual factors including skin type, skin tone, age, and skin condition. Most treatments require a minimum of two sessions to achieve the best results. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching or 100% success from a single session, and in some cases desired results may not be fully achievable.
The true colour of your treatment will typically be visible around four weeks after each session. Pigment may fade over one to three years, however some pigment may remain in the skin indefinitely. There are no guarantees on the longevity of results.
Risks & Side Effects
All treatments carry some level of risk. Please read the following carefully and speak to your practitioner if you have any questions.
Common side effects include redness, swelling, minor bleeding, bruising, and scabbing in the treated area. These effects typically settle within 14 days, though full healing can take six to eight weeks.
Less common risks include skin infection, poor or inconsistent results, rapid colour fading, and pigment spreading. Cold sore reactivation is possible following lip blush treatment. If you feel faint or unwell during treatment, please let your practitioner know immediately. In the event of infection, seek medical attention promptly. Please also inform your doctor or radiologist of any tattooing if you require an MRI scan.
Rare risks include keloid or hypertrophic scarring, granuloma formation, allergic reaction to anaesthetic cream or pigment, and anaphylaxis. Although rare, severe allergic reactions can occur even after a clear patch test. If anaphylaxis occurs, emergency medical attention will be required.
For eyeliner treatments specifically, there is a rare risk of eye injury including corneal abrasion or scarring, which could affect vision. Eye drops may be used before and after treatment as a precaution. Seek urgent medical attention if you experience any eye complications following treatment.
For laser hair removal, risks include temporary redness, swelling, and skin sensitivity. Less commonly, pigmentation changes or burns may occur. Treatments are not suitable for use over tattooed skin.
Clinical Photographs & Videos
We may take clinical photographs or videos before, during, and after your treatment. These are kept as part of your confidential records and will not be shared without your permission.
Patch Test Waiver
A patch test is strongly recommended at least 48 hours before any pigment-based treatment. This helps identify any potential reaction to the pigments or anaesthetic products used.
If you have chosen to proceed without a patch test, please read and confirm the following:
I understand that a patch test has been recommended to me and I have chosen to decline it
I understand that by declining a patch test I am increasing the risk of an allergic reaction, which in rare cases could be severe or life-threatening
I acknowledge that my practitioner has explained the risks of proceeding without a patch test
I accept full responsibility for any adverse reaction that may occur as a result of declining a patch test
I confirm that I have not had any previous allergic reactions to pigments, anaesthetic creams, or latex
I confirm I have read and understood the above and agree to proceed without a patch test.

Laser Tattoo Removal — Client Disclaimer
Please read the following carefully before proceeding with your laser tattoo removal treatment. By going ahead with treatment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the contents of this disclaimer.
About the Treatment
Laser tattoo removal uses targeted light energy to break down tattoo pigment in the skin. The broken-down pigment is then naturally processed and eliminated by the body over time. Results vary significantly between clients and are dependent on a number of factors including ink colour, ink depth, skin tone, skin type, and the age of the tattoo.
Results
Multiple sessions are required to achieve significant fading or full removal. The number of sessions needed cannot be predicted with certainty and will vary for each client. Full removal cannot be guaranteed. Some tattoos, particularly those with certain ink colours such as green, blue, or yellow, may be more resistant to treatment. Cosmetic tattoos may darken initially before they begin to fade.
Risks & Side Effects
Common side effects include redness, swelling, and skin sensitivity in the treated area. These typically settle within a few days of treatment.
Less common risks include blistering, scabbing, temporary pigmentation changes, and skin texture changes. These usually resolve over time but may take several weeks to fully settle.
Rare risks include permanent pigmentation changes, scarring, and skin texture irregularities. Darker skin tones carry a higher risk of pigmentation changes and will be assessed carefully before treatment proceeds.
Your Responsibilities
To reduce the risk of complications and get the best possible results, you agree to:
Avoid sun exposure and sunbeds for at least four weeks before and after each treatment
Use a high-factor SPF on the treated area when outdoors
Avoid picking, scratching, or applying pressure to the treated area during healing
Inform your practitioner of any changes to your health or medications before each session
Follow all aftercare instructions provided
Medical Considerations
We are unable to carry out laser tattoo removal if you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding, undergoing cancer treatment, or less than six weeks post-treatment. Clients with certain skin conditions, photosensitive medications, or a history of keloid scarring will be assessed on an individual basis before treatment proceeds.
